TIGER, DORMER & REG WHITE
The Tiger, Dormer and Reg Wright Trophies are played on the same day and are for different handicap categories. The Tiger is for handicaps up to 16.3, the Dormer for handicaps between 16.4 & 24.8, and the Reg Wright is for handicaps over 24.9.
In the early days it is likely that the Tiger and Dormer were separate competitions because, on several occasions, they have been won by the same player in the same year. Only Norman Freeman has won all three competitions.
The Tiger Cup Presented by Mr F.G. Barter and the Reg Wright Trophy was presented by long serving member Reg Wright, who was captain in 1964.
