Monday Night Pilates with Petra
After the sucess of the first course of pilates sessions a new course will be starting Monday 24 April 7:30pm. The course is ten weeks long with a break in the middle, there are a few spaces left so if you or someone you know is interested in improving their flexiblity, stability, balance and core strength please let me know on James Short 07773 367 079.
